72 years old man with inferior MI , recieved actylase infusion in the first 6 hours of chest pain and diagnosis, he improved but 6 hours later he develped sever headach and then sudden loss of conciouseness , BRAIN CT done shows haemorrhage ((ventricular & cortical)) and admitted to the RCU , then surgical evacuation done , his glasco coma scale raised from 4 to 9...
Is this story can be reversed by shifting the patient to cardiac catheterisation and stents placement,,,!!!!
And after catheterisation the patient stays on heparin with actylase small doses,, is the risk of intra cerebral & ventricular bleeds to will be the same for post catheterisation actylase infusion ?? What we will do ?
