A 27 police man near an explosive bomb on the road , an accelerated metal bar from the ground concrete jumped to his cranium, not reaching the inner table of his vault bone, recieved at KIRKUK, AZADI TEACHING HOSPITAL 2010 , November 15
, admitted to the emergency, therm to the neurosurgery theater, under general anesthesia, still we had to to do cranioectomy arround the metallic bar to extract it, very soothing operation it was.
No any neurological deficit, no heat effect shown on brain Ct scan, no brain edema.
